Tour Itinerary
| Day 1 - Arrive Kathmandu. Upon arrival our representative will
meet, assist and transfer you to the hotel. Overnight at the Everest Hotel. |

Day 2 - Morning sightseeing tour of Kathmandu City including Durbar Square, the temple of the Living Goddess and the Royal Palace. You will also visit Kasthamandap - a temple built from a single tree from which city of the Kathmandu derives its name. A short drive will take you to Swyambhunath - the oldest Buddhist shrine, looking east from here one can see the entire Kathmandu Valley spread out below. In the afternoon take a sightseeing tour of Patan City - the city of architecture and fine arts founded in 250 AD, previously known as
Latipur. It is sometimes called the "Town with a Thousand Golden Roofs". Here one visits the Durbar Square, the Royal Baths,
Mahaboudha, Krisha Mandir and Hirayani Mahabihar Temple (the Golden Temple). We also visit Tibetan Handicraft Centre at Jawalakhel to watch carpet weaving. Overnight at the Everest

| Day 3 - Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara about 200
kms. Pokhara is one of the most picturesque valleys in Nepal. It lies 125 miles west of
Kathmandu, under the shadows of the Annapurna Range. A rare combination of snow-clad mountains, crystal clear lakes, streams and villages inhabited by friendly ethnic tribes. Overnight at the Fishtail Lodge. |

| Day 4 - Full day sightseeing tour of Pokhara Valley with 1 hour boat ride. Overnight at the Fishtail Lodge. |

Day 5 - Drive from Pokhara to Temple Tiger (about 5 hrs.). Upon arrival you are met by our naturalists and transferred by river boats and elephant/land rovers to the Temple Tiger Lodge. Temple Tiger is situated in the heart of the Royal Chitwan National Park, which is the home of the great one horned rhinoceros, sloth bear, wild boar, gaur (bison). 4 species of deer, 2 species of monkeys, 2 species of crocodiles, leopard, the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger, over 450 species of birds and various other reptiles. At the Temple Tiger Jungle Lodge, the Manager will brief you about the activities at the camp and assign your room. In the late afternoon you will taken for a jungle safari on elephant back so you penetrate deep into the
jungle for viewing and photographing wildlife or a jungle walk is organized for you to experience the abundant birdlife and the flora and fauna of the Park. If you are lucky, you may see the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger both on the nature walk as wee as on elephant safari. A well stocked bar will cater to the needs of the thirsty. A hearty meal of continental or Nepalese cuisine will be served in the evening around the campfire. Overnight at
the deluxe Temple Tiger Jungle Lodge. |

Day 6 - Early morning guests will be mounted on elephant back and taken for a jungle safari for 2 -3 hours penetrating through dense grasslands to view wildlife. This grass commonly known as elephant grass is dense and grows to a height of 18-20 ft. It is the favorite habitat of the rhinoceros and other mammals. After breakfast you are taken to the elephant stables where the senior naturalists will give a talk about the habits of the
elephants. Here you may witness the rare scene of the elephants at bath. Lunch at the camp. In the afternoon you may relax around the camp OR take a drive through the jungles in landrovers followed by a dugout canoe ride down the Narayani river where there are very good chances of viewing the gharial crocodiles as well as the mugger crocodiles, fresh water dolphins, otters and varieties of water birds OR you may go on a
nature walk or birding with one of our naturalists to known about the flora of the Royal Chitan National Park. At the end of the canoe ride, waiting landrovers will drive you back to the camp. A hearty and tasty dinner will be served around the campfire. Overnight at the deluxe Temple Tiger Jungle Lodge. |

| Day 7 - The morning another elephant safari for 2 to 3 hours. After breakfast you will be transferred by elephants, landrovers and canoes to waiting vehicles for the drive back to Kathmandu with packed lunch boxes provided by Temple Tiger Jungle Lodge. This evening enjoy a farewell dinner at Bhhanchanghar Restaurant and typical Nepalese restaurant. Overnight at the Everest Hotel. |

| Day 8 - Day is free until departure transfer to the airport for your flight home. |
