So that non-rev information only goes to those who qualify for these discounts you will need to fax a copy of your airline ID badge or a letter of employment to us at 817 488-6291*. Include your E-Mail address and we will email you the access code to our non-rev site. Parents of an employee can just fax or send a letter on airline letterhead with the eligible employee information and listing you as the parent. To get on airline employee email list you will need to sign up in the non-rev area of our web site.

*If you have an email address that belongs to the airlines or CRS then you do not need to fax us a copy of your airline ID, just email us at access@dynamictravel.com and we will email you the access information and passcode information. An email address that belongs to the airlines mean we are looking for an email address that ends like @aa.com, @fedex.com, @sabre.com, @coair.com, @ual.com, @delta-air.com, @ups.com, @twa.com, @americawest.com, @alaskaair.com, @worldspan.com, @amadeus.com or similar. We assume you get the idea. If you have such an email address there is no need to fax us a copy of your ID just email us and we will email you the passcode. Otherwise fax us a copy of your airline ID badge to 817 488-6291, clearly print your email address on the fax and we will email you the passcode information.

Note: These rates are not valid for extended family members such as uncles, aunts, brothers and sisters except on rare occasions. We only allow access to the non-rev area to interliners as outlined above. We do offer other discounts on cruises to extended family members. Call our office for those rates as they vary from sailing to sailing.
