These terms and conditions, in addition to the Dynamic Travel & Cruises Terms and Conditions, govern the Will it Snow Promotion (" WISP "). Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall carry the meanings ascribed to them in the Dynamic Travel & Cruises Terms and Conditions within your booking invoice. The following terms and conditions shall control in the event of any conflict with any provisions of the Dynamic Travel & Cruises Terms and Conditions. As used below:
" Customer " means a USA or Canadian resident that has purchased a Qualifying Product from Dynamic Travel & Cruises.
" Lead Passenger " means the Customer’s name and related information that is contained in the Client Information section of the invoice. This information will be used to determine the name and address which any rebate will be made payable to and address payment is mailed to. In the event there are multiple passengers or individuals contain in a booking or paying on a booking, and rebates or payments are desired for each passenger to obtain a separate payout to individuals other than the Lead Passenger, the booking MUST be split into separate invoices and the desired Lead Passenger information must be detailed in the new invoice’s Client Information section. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the original invoice and Lead Passenger detailed in the Client Information section of that invoice will be used.
" Weather Condition " means the occurrence of a Weather Event that would entitle a Customer under the WISP to a rebate payment.
" Weather Event " means greater than 5.9999 inches of snowfall during the 6am-to-6am UTC period beginning on January 4, 2009, as measured at the applicable Weather Station, which is Chicago O'Hare Airport.
"Travel Insurance/Cancellation Penalties": Customer must purchase travel insurance at the time of booking or there is a minimum $50 per booking cancellation penalty in addition to any penalties charged by the supplier, if cancelled after Dec. 1, 2008. All purchases made during November, 2008 including one of the products listed below will be under a cancellation penalty of $50 per booking unless travel insurance is taken at the time of booking.
"Option Out": Any customer may option out of the Will It Snow Promotion including the above mentioned cancellation penalties from Dynamic Travel & Cruises by emailing info@dynamictravel.com within 72 hours of making deposit on any eligible booking. The customer will still be responsible for any cancellation penalties charged by the supplier. By optioning out of the promotion the customer acknowledges they will not be entitled to any amount payable by the Will It Snow Promotion should the said weather event occur. Customer may also send a letter stating they wish to option out of the Will It Snow Promotion to Dynamic Travel & Cruises, Att: Let It Snow Promotion, 2325 E. Southlake Blvd., Suite 100, Southlake, Texas 76092. Said letter must be received in our office no later than 3 business days after the booking. Should Dynamic Travel & Cruises not receive said email or letter then the above cancelltion penalties will apply in addition to any cancellation penalties charged by the supplier.
" Qualifying Product ": means a product from Dynamic Travel & Cruises that is one of the listed products below. Customer who has purchased the defined product from the specified supplier during the offer period and that has the respective departure dates:
- A land and air package (charter or scheduled air) or land only package from Funjet Vacations (this does not include any related companies of Funjet or MarkTravel.) between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or
- A land and air package (charter or scheduled air) or land only package from Apple Vacations between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or
- A land and air package (charter or scheduled air) or land only package from GOGO Vacations that was purchase between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or
- Any land and air package (charter or scheduled air) or land only package from Travel Impressions between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or
- A prepackage or land only to Punta Cana, Ixtapa Pacific, Mexico, Cancun Yucatan, Mexico, Turks and Caicos, Sandpiper, FL, Columbus Isle, Bahamas, Caravelle, Guadeloupe, Buccaneers Creek, Martinique, Bora Bora, Tahiti from Club Med between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or
- A cruise only product from Azamara Cruise Line booked between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or
- A cruise only product from Carnival Cruise Line booked between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or
- A cruise only product from Celebrity Cruise Line booked between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or
- A cruise only product from Costa Cruise Line booked between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2008 with a Departure Date between November 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009, or

Program Details:
- How it Works. The WISP from Dynamic Travel & Cruises allows you to recover some of your travel costs (taxes and fees excluded) if you have purchased a Qualifying Product and the applicable Weather Station experiences the specified Weather Condition on January 4, 2009. By way of example, you will be eligible to receive a rebate cheque if there is greater than 5.999 inches of snowfall during the 6am-to-6am UTC period beginning on January 4, 2009, as measured at the Chicago O'Hare International Airport.
- Invoice Payment Terms: All products purchased and described in this invoice and any additions or changes to products purchased that may occur, shall be paid in full at time of booking. If full payment is not received by RealtyVacations.com when due you will no longer be entitled to participate in the WISP program. All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Payment and Rebate Terms. WISP has no cash value and is nontransferable. The determination of whether a Weather Condition has been met is within the sole discretion of Dynamic Travel & Cruises. You agree that WISP does not constitute insurance, and your right to receive a rebate is not dependent upon or linked to any actual loss that you may suffer. If Dynamic Travel & Cruises determines that a Weather Condition has been met, a notice will be sent to your e-mail address by January 8, 2009. The rebate payment shall be made by cheque payable to the Lead Passenger of this invoice and mailed to the address as detailed in the Client Information section on January 23, 2009, or on the Friday following your Departure Date, whichever is later. If you do not receive your rebate cheque, or have any other problem related to WISP, please send an e-mail to willitsnow@dynamictravel.com with your contact information, Let It Snow Confirmation number, and a complete description of the problem.
- Miscellaneous. Whether a Weather Condition has occurred at the Weather Station is determined solely by data provided by a third party data provider (" Weather Data "), and you agree that the Weather Data shall be the exclusive factor in determining your right to payment under WISP, irrespective of the accuracy of the Weather Data. Dynamic Travel & Cruises has the right to cancel or modify WISP at any time without notice. You agree to send any inquiries related to your WISP to willitsnow@dynamictravel.com.
- To receive a list of winners, send a postage-paid self-addressed envelop on or before January 31, 2009 to Dynamic Travel & Cruises, Will It Snow Promotion, 2325 E. Southlake Blvd. Suite 100, Southlake, Texas 76092.
- Contestants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgement form before being declared a winner, confirming compliance with the contest Rules and releasing Dynamic Travel & Cruises from any liability in respect of the prize. By entering this contest, each contestant consents to the use of his/her entry name, address and/or photograph, likeness, voice or statements in any publicity carried out by Dynamic Travel & Cruises and/or its/their advertising agencies, without further compensation.
- Odds of Winning. Chances of receiving a benefit form WISP depend on the amount of snow that falls within the relevant time period at the relevant Weather Station as defined in these rules.
- Flawed Entry. Dynamic Travel & Cruises is not responsible or liable for: i. any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest; ii. any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or system failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, entries; iii. any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or problems of entrants on account of technical problems; or any other technical problem which delays, mutilates or in any other respect results in an entry not conforming to the contest rules. Decisions of RealtyVacations.com/Dynamic Travel & Cruises or judges are final in this regard.
- These terms and conditions are subject to amendments by Dynamic Travel & Cruises. Dynamic Travel & Cruises may, withdraw, terminate or modify all or any part of WISP at any time in the event of production, technical failure or corruption, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other unanticipated problems or irregularities, or mistakes of any nature whatsoever not directly caused by RealtyVacations.com which, in the opinion of RealtyVacations.com, affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of WISP, or the odds of winning. All decisions regarding this contest and the selection of winners remain with Dynamic Travel & Cruises and are final.
- The terms of this contest, as set out in these Rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
