introducing visitors to the succulent kebaps, hummus, flavorsome mezes and
exotically spiced Ottoman dishes that form its signature dishes. This is a

We offer you a very special itinerary to learn very good
Turkish cuisines with the friendly Turkish people. You can cook, taste and
eat. First class service and guided transportation through the historical
and picturesque sites of Istanbul, the Gallipoli Battlefields, and Helen of
Troy, the ancient ruins of Ephesus and the beautifull village of Sirince in
Turkey, At the same time, you will be travelling traditional Turkish
villages, the historical sides of Turkey and you will also make a lot of
friends.

a pre or post tour for cruises beginning or ending in Istanbul or can even

Day 1 - Istanbul - Arrival Day
(Welcome dinner included)
Welcome to Turkey, arrival into Istanbul. Transfer from airport/cruise
pier and check in to your hotel, you will have a welcome drink and a
chat with gourmet experts in Turkish cuisine. Tonight you will have a
welcome dinner, be introduced to our friendly crew and other travelers
while enjoying traditional Turkish food and enjoy the mystical
atmosphere of Istanbul at night.
Day 2 - Turkish Cooking Lesson Istanbul
(Breakfast and dinner included)
After a morning orientation sightseeing tour of Istanbul, you
participate in your first Turkish cooking lesson: Preparing lunch which
you will enjoy! After the cooking lesson, you will eat what you cooked.
After lunch visit to TOPKAPI PALACE. The great palace of the Ottoman
sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite
collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the
sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury,
miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. SULTANAHMET
IMPERIAL MOSQUE: Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the
architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent
interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME: Ancient Hippodrome,
the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of
Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine.
Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3 - Gallipoli Tour
(Breakfast and dinner included)
After breakfast in Istanbul, we will depart for Gallipoli to visit the
battle fields. After checking in to the hotel, having lunch and relaxing
a little bit, you will depart for the battle fields. Visit Gabatepe
Museum. Start visiting the fields with Aryburnu Cemetery & Anzac Cove,
because these are the places where the war had started. Then The Beach
Cemetery, Shrapnel Valley and Plugges Plateau. This is the end of the
tour for today. Drive back to the hotel. After having dinner, the night
is yours. Overnight in Canakkale.
Day 4 - Troy Tour - Cooking Lesson in Kusadasi
(Breakfast and dinner included)
At 08:45 we will depart for Troy Tour and visit the famous archeological
and mythological side of Troy, home of the Trojan Horse and Helen of
Troy. After Troy tour we will depart for Kusadasi. Have some rest at the
hotel and depart for Cooking Lesson. You will learn to cook the
delicious tastes of Turkey, including Turkish Pide bread with Meat,
Chees, Patato and many other option and also you will cook Turkish
Lahmacun for our Dinner. Overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 5 - Ephesus Tour and Making Wine
(Breakfast and dinner included)
At 08:30 departure from hotel. Guided tour of Ephesus, one of the best
preserved ancient sites in the world en-route, visit the Temple of
Artemis, Curetes street, famous Roman baths, Celsus Library, Grand
theatreand you will have a Lunch break at a small Turkish restaurant.
After Lunch we will visit to Sirince Village also has a fantastic
reputation for making some of the best wines in Turkey - especially
fruit wines. We will visit the vineyards and it is time to learn how to
make fruit wine with Turkish wine makers. In the evening you will be
tested about your knowledge of making fruit wine. Overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 6 - Kusadasi to Istanbul
(Breakfast and dinner included)
After breakfast at 09:00 am we will depart for Istanbul. On the way we
will pass many traditional villages and we will see the farmers. We will
have a break at the one of these farms. We will have a lunch break and
continue our way to Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 7 - Istanbul Cooking Lesson
(Breakfast and dinner included)
After breakfast we will depart to make Istanbul Bosphorus Cruise by boat
along the waterway seperating Europe and Asia, then visit famous
Egyptian (Spice) Bazaar, with elaborate displays of herbs, spices, dried
fruits, nuts and other snacks and ingredients. We then we will go to one
of the city's most famous baklava shops to watch the masters produce
this favorite Turkish sweet. This will be a good experience for you. In
the afternoon you will go back to the kitchen for another cooking lesson
followed by tea, coffee and goodies. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 8 - Istanbul - End of Tour
(Breakfast included)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport or
cruise ship pier.
